We use Eventbrite to handle registrations for meetings, conferences etc. Eventbrite has its own privacy policy. Your information is also stored on an internal list. When you register for a meeting, you consent to being on an internal list of attendees where first name, last name, e-mail address and in some cases job title and company are stored. You can always withdraw your consent to appear on our internal list of attendees by writing to us at contact@trialnation.dk. We are data controllers for the information we receive from you. We do not disclose this information, which is used solely to manage registrations. Those of our employees who manage meetings, conferences etc. have access to your data.

We refer to LinkedIn on our website. LinkedIn has its own privacy policy. We use MailChimp to send out our newsletter.
